Stuffed shells aka yummy

Last night we had ahhhhmazing stuffed shells and they were super easy....

Here is what you need...
Large shells (12 oz)
32oz of ricotta cheese
1 pd of mozzarella cheese
8 oz of Italian blend cheese (I used kraft with a touch of philly and it was worth it!)
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp of parsley
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
28oz pasta sauce ( I used the can of hunts and it worked fine and is cheap)



Steps to yummy
1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Bring pot of lightly salted water to boil and add pasta
3. Cook pasta for about 10 min. Until al dente then drain.
4. In a large bowl mix eggs, ricotta, 1/2 mozzarella, 1/2 parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper.

5. Spoon mixture into shells and place them into a glass 9x13 dish or a large casserole dish.


6. In another bowl mix the remaining cheese and pasta sauce together and poor over shells.


7. Bake in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until edges are bubbly


Then EAT!! SO FREAKING GOOD
